1 [A Psalm] of David. To you, O IAUA, do I call; my Rock, be not You deaf to me; unless, if You be silent to me, I become like them that go down into the pit. 2 Hear the voice of my supplications, when I cry to You, when I lift up my hands toward Your holy Sanctuary. B ShMO QUL ThChNUNI BShUOI ELIK BNShEI IDI EL-DBIR QDShK ב שמע קול תחנוני בשועי אליך בנשאי ידי אל-דביר קדשך
3 Draw me not away with the wicked, and with the workers of iniquity; who speak peace with their neighbors, but evil is in their hearts. G EL-ThMShKNI OM-RShOIM UOM-FOLI-EUN DBRI ShLUM OM-ROIAM UROA BLBBM ג אל-תמשכני עם-רשעים ועם-פעלי-און דברי שלום עם-רעיהם ורעה בלבבם
4 Give them according to their deeds, and according to the evil of their endeavours; give them after the work of their hands; render to them their desert. D ThN-LAM KFOLM UKRO MOLLIAM KMOShA IDIAM ThN LAM AShB GMULM LAM ד תן-להם כפעלם וכרע מעלליהם כמעשה ידיהם תן להם השב גמולם להם
5 Because they give no heed to the works of IAUA, nor to the operation of His hands; He will break them down and not build them up. A KI LE IBINU EL-FOLTh IAUA UEL-MOShA IDIU IARSM ULE IBNM ה כי לא יבינו אל-פעלת יהוה ואל-מעשה ידיו יהרסם ולא יבנם
6 Blessed be IAUA, because He has heard the voice of my supplications. U BRUK IAUA KI-ShMO QUL ThChNUNI ו ברוך יהוה כי-שמע קול תחנוני
7 IAUA is my strength and my shield, in Him has my heart trusted, and I am helped; therefore my heart greatly rejoices, and with my song will I praise Him. Z IAUA OZI UMGNI BU BTCh LBI UNOZRThI UIOLZ LBI UMShIRI EAUDNU ז יהוה עזי ומגני בו בטח לבי ונעזרתי ויעלז לבי ומשירי אהודנו
8 IAUA is a strength to them; and He is a stronghold of salvation to His anointed. Ch IAUA OZ-LMU UMOUZ IShUOUTh MShIChU AUE ח יהוה עז-למו ומעוז ישועות משיחו הוא
