A Prayer for the Overthrow of the Wicked.
1 Why stand You afar off, O IAUA? Why hide You Yourself in times of trouble? E LMA IAUA ThOMD BRChUQ ThOLIM LOThUTh BTsRA א למה יהוה תעמד ברחוק תעלים לעתות בצרה
2 Through the pride of the wicked the poor is hotly pursued, they are taken in the devices that they have imagined. B BGEUTh RShO IDLQ ONI IThFShU BMZMUTh ZU ChShBU ב בגאות רשע ידלק עני יתפשו במזמות זו חשבו
3 For the wicked boasts of his heart's desire, and the covetous vaunts himself, though he contemn IAUA. G KI-ALL RShO OL-ThEUTh NFShU UBTsO BRK NETs IAUA ג כי-הלל רשע על-תאות נפשו ובצע ברך נאץ יהוה
4 The wicked, in the pride of his countenance [, says]: 'He will not require'; all his thoughts are: 'There is no God.' D RShO KGBA EFU BL-IDRSh EIN ELAIM KL-MZMUThIU ד רשע כגבה אפו בל-ידרש אין אלהים כל-מזמותיו
5 His ways prosper at all times; Your judgments are far above out of his sight; as for all his adversaries, he puffs at them. A IChILU DRKU BKL-OTh MRUM MShFTIK MNGDU KL-TsURRIU IFICh BAM ה יחילו דרכו בכל-עת מרום משפטיך מנגדו כל-צורריו יפיח בהם

14 You have seen; for You behold trouble and vexation, to requite them with Your hand; to You the helpless commits himself; You have been the helper of the fatherless. 17 IAUA, You have heard the desire of the humble: You will direct their heart, You will cause Your ear to attend; IZ ThEUTh ONUIM ShMOTh IAUA ThKIN LBM ThQShIB EZNK יז תאות ענוים שמעת יהוה תכין לבם תקשיב אזנך
