The Righteous and the Wicked Contrasted.
1 Happy is the man that has not walked in the counsel of the wicked, nor stood in the way of sinners, nor sat in the seat of the scornful. E EShRI AEISh EShR LE ALK BOTsTh RShOIM UBDRK ChTEIM LE OMD UBMUShB LTsIM LE IShB א אשרי האיש אשר לא הלך בעצת רשעים ובדרך חטאים לא עמד ובמושב לצים לא ישב
2 But his delight is in the law of IAUA; and in His law does he meditate day and night. B KI EM BThURTh IAUA ChFTsU UBThURThU IAGA IUMM ULILA ב כי אם בתורת יהוה חפצו ובתורתו יהגה יומם ולילה
3 He shall be like a tree planted by streams of water, that brings forth its fruit in its season, and whose leaf does not wither; and in whatsoever he does he shall prosper. G UAIA KOTs ShThUL OL-FLGI-MIM EShR FRIU IThN BOThU UOLAU LE-IBUL UKL EShR-IOShA ITsLICh ג והיה כעץ שתול על-פלגי-מים אשר פריו יתן בעתו ועלהו לא-יבול וכל אשר-יעשה יצליח
4 Not so the wicked; but they are like the chaff which the wind drives away. D LE-KN ARShOIM KI EM-KMTs EShR-ThDFNU RUCh ד לא-כן הרשעים כי אם-כמץ אשר-תדפנו רוח
5 Therefore the wicked shall not stand in the judgment, nor sinners in the congregation of the righteous. A OL-KN LE-IQMU RShOIM BMShFT UChTEIM BODTh TsDIQIM ה על-כן לא-יקמו רשעים במשפט וחטאים בעדת צדיקים
6 For IAUA regards the way of the righteous; but the way of the wicked shall perish. U KI-IUDO IAUA DRK TsDIQIM UDRK RShOIM ThEBD ו כי-יודע יהוה דרך צדיקים ודרך רשעים תאבד
